This collection of stories and images has come together as part of the Artists in Schools program. Acclaimed children's book illustrator Anne Spudvilas worked with a group of girls and teachers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Together they shared their personal stories and brought treasured possessions to illustrate their experience of coming to a new land and finding their place in a new school. These stories bring a rich source of education to our school and celebrate the importance of culture, country and family in our lives.
We hope they will be shared and enjoyed for years to come.
